The Real Food Diet – My First Cookbook Giveaway

The Real Food Diet Cookbook by Dr. Josh AxeBefore American Heart Month has officially ended, I wanted to help you do something good for your heart. This week I’m doing my first give away ever. YAY!!!!  This is a cookbook by Nashville’s own wellness guru Dr. Josh Axe. The Real Food Diet is a beautiful cookbook that promotes more of a lifestyle change than a “diet”. If you’ve ever listened to Dr. Axe on the radio, you know he’s a huge advocate of eating fresh natural foods to improve your health and lose weight. This cookbook is consistent with that philosophy. There’s no counting points, calories, or fat grams - just simple, healthy, and quick recipes.

If you aren’t familiar with Dr. Axe, check out this video of him making Herbed Turkey Breast, which is one of the recipes in the cookbook.

The drawing runs from Sunday February 27th at 2:00 pm and ends on Friday March 4th at 7:00 pm. The drawing will be on Saturday, March 5th.

I like frozen green grapes. They give me a sweetness that I am usually craving with a bit of a crunch.
