The Pfunky Griddle

 If you’re looking for a truly unique eating experience in Nashville, you have to try the Pfunky Griddle. It’s located in Berry Hill at 2800 Bransford Avenue, close to Hundred Oaks. We went there for breakfast not knowing exactly what to expect and found one of the coolest places I’ve been to in a while. Each table has it’s own griddle so that you can fix part or all of your own meal. If you order the pancakes, french toast, or eggs, the batter is brought to your table with all of the appropriate utensils and cooking spray. If you want toppings with your pancakes, there a wide variety of items available. Once your griddle heats up, you’re ready to go. If you want meat (sausage, bacon, ham) it’s fixed in the kitchen and brought to your table.  If paying to cook your own food isn’t up your alley, they have a menu of sandwiches and salads.  Parking is very  limited, but if you go on the weekend there are a few extra parking spots in front of the business next door.
