Macy’s will be holding Shop for a Cause this year on October 17th. If you haven’t participated before, this is a great event. Macy’s stores all over the country open special hours and shoppers with a Shop for a Cause pass get great discounts only available during this event. Tickets are $5 a piece and are on sale now through the end of the month at a Macy’s near you.  Feeding America (formerly America’s Second Harvest) and local food banks will receive the proceeds from the ticket sales. This is a great event and an easy way to do something good for those in need.
